| Abstract: | For realizing the aim and the assignments which the eleventh five years plan about city construction compositive disaster prevention brought forward, in this paper, the authors proposed many methods to promote the compositive disaster prevention work. They are perfecting organization, intensifying basic research, boosting experimental unit, perfecting standards. |
