摘    要:电子签章是传统签章概念的拓展,它基于数字签名技术,主要用于签章数字文档.电子签章能区分不同的签章者,确保被签文档的完整性,以及文档的真实、可信和不可否认性.本研究依据PKI的原理,分析电子签章系统在不同应用环境的基本特征,提出了基于PKI/CA的电子签章在公告型文档中应用的设计方案,系统通过CA签发的电子签章对电子公文和印章文件进行数字签名、验证.分析了该系统的各项关键技术,并给出了实现该系统的关键流程.实际的应用情况表明,该系统设计合理、使用方便,对电子签章的实际应用具有一定借鉴意义.

Abstract:Digital stamp is developed from traditional stamp.It is based on digital signature technology and used in the stamping in the digital documents.The digital stamp can distinguish the different signers in order to ensure the integrity,authenticity,credible,and non-repudiation in digital documents.In this paper,we have analyzed the basic schemes of digital stamp in different applications and put forward a framework of digital stamp for the public documents based on PKI/CA.The digital stamp is issued through CA in this system and is used in digital signature and verification on the documents.Some key technologies of digital stamp are analyzed.The main flow charts on the implementation of the digital stamp are proposed.The experiment shows that the system is designed in a rational way and it is convenient in the applications.The system has useful reference for other applications.
