阴极移动速度对金刚石钻头电镀镍层的影响

摘    要:金刚石钻头表面有特殊的要求,常规的电镀技术不能达标。自制了金刚石钻头电镀用阴极移动装置,并对其应用效果进行了测试,研究了阴极移动速度对镍镀层宏观形貌、硬度,许用电流密度,镀液深镀能力及镍镀层孔隙率的影响。结果表明:阴极移动速度为168,224cm/min时,镍镀层表面光亮、平整,许用电流密度可达6A/dm2,镍镀层的硬度没有明显的变化;当阴极移动速度分别为168,224,280cm/min时,与普通电镀相比,镀液的深镀能力分别提高了34.6%,31.3%,30.6%,镀层的孔隙率相应降低了55.0%,47.8%,46.9%。阴极移动装置能明显改善镀层的性能,适合于金刚石钻头电镀。
