薄膜蒸发器内流体流动模拟

摘    要:建立了旋转薄膜蒸发器的计算模型,采用大型CFD软件CFX4.4模拟了旋转薄膜蒸发器内流体的流动过程,得出了蒸发器内薄膜和圈形波内流体的速度分布,探讨了5个参数对旋转薄膜蒸发器内流体流动的影响。研究结果表明,刮板转速和倾角对蒸发器内流动状态的影响最为显著,增大刮板转速和倾角可以明显促进液膜和涡旋的物质交换,提高传热效率。

Abstract:The calculation model of agitated thin-film evaporator(ATFE) was developed, the flow process was simulated using CFX software and the influence of five parameters on the velocity distributions were analyzed. The results showed that the blade rotational speed and the inclination angle of blade have greater effects on the fluid flow of ATFE than other parameters. Increasing the rotational speed and the inclination angle of blade can promote the material exchange between the fillet and film, and the heat transfer efficiency could be increased.
