赵固二矿副井深厚冲积层冻结施工效果分析

摘    要:国内对不小于500 m冲积层冻结方案设计一直存在着2种不同的方法.赵固二矿副井应用相关公式设计计算体系,提出冻结方案设计主要技术指标,实现了冲积层基本不挖冻土、不断冻结管和不压坏井壁的目标,527.5 m冲积层和628 m冻结段的外层井壁平均掘砌速度分别达到134.34m/月和104.9 m/月,全冻结段成井速度达到81.4 m/月,对不小于500 m冲积层不挖冻土和安全快速施工具有重要的参考意义.

Abstract:There were two different methods of freezing plan design for an alluvium with the thickness over 500 m in China.A design cal- culation system with related formulas was applied to the mine auxiliary for the mine auxiliary shaft in Zhaogu No.2 Mine.The paper pro- vided the main technical indexes of the freezing plan design.The targets were reached with no freezing soil excavated,no freezing tubing broken and no freezing wall failure in the freezing alluvium section of the mine freezing shaft.The average excav...
