| 摘 要： | 系统研究了用于配抄新闻纸的蔗渣碱性过氧化氢化机浆的制浆工艺。研究包括蔗渣的螯合剂前处理、二段化学预处理和草酸后处理。以得率和白度为主要目标参数优化了蔗渣碱性过氧化氢化机浆的制浆工艺。在此基础上，探讨了蔗渣APMP作为配抄新闻纸用浆的最佳生产工艺。

| Abstract: | The pulping process of alkaline peroxide mechanical pulp of bagasse for newsprint was investigated systematically. The discussing contents included the soakage process for the bagasse before-treatment with chelating agent, the two-steps pre- treatment of bagasse, and after-treatment with oxalic acid. The yield and brightness of the pulp were considered as main parameters to optimize the pulp technology of alkaline peroxide mechanical pulp of bagasse, and then the optimum pulp process of alkaline peroxide mechanical pulp of bagasse for newsprint. Based on discussion above, a optimized alkaline peroxide mechanical pulp of bagasse for newsprint was presented finally. |
