关于梅花触头的设计要领

摘    要:介绍电接触设计过程中一些需要注意的事项,以弹簧箍紧、铣瓣触指组成的梅花触头为例,针对触指箍紧弹簧的位置;触指后端安装绝缘垫;铣瓣指内圆与独头外圆尺寸的差别以及铣瓣触指是否可以打乱使用等情况进行分析,提出降低触指接触电阻的办法。

Abstract:The paper introduces some precautions needed during electric contact design procedure. Taking the tulip contact made of spring hoop and milled petal shaped contact finger as an example, an insulating pad should be assembled at rear part of the contact finger as per position of contact finger hoping spring, attention should be paid to the difference between the inside diameter of milled petal shaped contact finger and outside diameter of contact, and analysis should be made on whether milled petal shaped contact finger can be used in any arrangement. And finally, the paper proposes a method of reducing contact resistance of contact finger.
