PP/常压阳离子染料可染共聚酯共混改性丙纶的力学性能

摘    要:将聚丙烯与不同量常压阳离子染料可染共聚酯(ECDP),或与数量相同但组成不同的ECDP进行共混熔融纺丝,制备PP/常压阳离子染料可染共聚酯共混改性丙纶。应用电子强伸仪研究ECDP含量及其组成对改性丙纶力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:改性丙纶的断裂强度随ECDP含量的增加先下降,而后再上升;断裂伸长率随ECDP含量的增加而减小,初始模量随ECDP含量的增加而上升。另外,改性丙纶的断裂强度和初始模量随ECDP中间苯二甲酸双羟乙酯磺酸钠(SIPE)含量、α,ω-二(4-羟基丁基)聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)含量和PDMS相对分子质量的增加而下降;断裂伸长率随SIPE含量和PDMS含量增加而增加,随PDMS相对分子质量的增加而下降。

Abstract:Modified polypropylene fibers were prepared from polypropylene and dif ferent amount of easy cation-dyeable polyester(ECDP) by means of melt spinning . The breaking tenacity, breaking elongation, initial modulus of modified polypro pylene fibers with different ECDP content and composition were determined with F iber Electron Strength Instrment. The results expressed ①that breaking tenacity of the fibers first increased, then decreased with the increase of ECDP content , its breaking elongation decreased with the increase of ECDP content, its initi al modulus increased with the increase of ECDP conten, ②that breaking tenacity and initial modulus of modified polypropylene fibers decreased with the increase of the content of sodium-5-sulfobis(β-hydroxyethyl) isophthalate (SIPE), the c ontent and relative molecular weight of α, ω- bis-(4-hydroxybutyl)polydimethyl - disiloxane, that its breaking elongation increased with the increase of SIPE a nd PDMS content, the elongation decreased with the increase of the relative mole cular weight of PDMS.
