| 摘 要： | 首先对三层供应链协调的文献进行了梳理，在此基础上研究信息不对称条件下三层供应链的协调问题，构建成本信息不对称下基于收益共享的供应链契约协调模型。研究表明：供应链成员间可以通过调整收益共享系数实现供应链的整体协调，最后通过算例分析说明模型设计的有效性。

| Abstract: | The literature of three-level supply chain coordination is systematically concluded.The issue about how to coordinate the supply chain consisting of a manufacturer,a distributor and a retailer under the circumstance of asymmetric information is studied based on the literature review and the model of supply chain with revenue-sharing contract is built under the cost of asymmetric information.The research shows that the members of supply chain can adjust revenue sharing ratio to achieve supply chain coordination.Finally numerical examples are presented in order to demonstrate the effect of the designed model. |
