社会转型期我国高校法制教育问题探究

我国高校法制教育存在着教育体系不完善、师资队伍法律素质不高、教材陈旧和教育形式单一等问题.此种情形,导致高校大学生基本法律知识不全、法律意识淡薄,对于法律也缺乏足够的信任.当前,高校应重视法制教育,赋予法制教育应有的独立地位,并采取加强师资队伍建设、推进教材改革、丰富教学内容和教学方法以及开展法律特色校园文化活动等措施.通过这些措施,高校的法制教育才能够得以实施,适应社会发展的需要.

Research on the Legal Education in Colleges of China in the Period of Social Transition

There exist some problems in legal education of China’s universities,such as the incomplete legal education system,the inadequate qualification of teachers,the outdated teaching materials and the unitary educational form.In such circumstances,there are so many college students who lack basic knowledge of and the trust on the law.Colleges and universities should pay enough attention to legal education which should be given an independent status,and the construction of teaching staff team should be strengthened;the reform of teaching materials should be promoted;the teaching contents and teaching methods should be enriched and legal characteristics of campus cultural activities should be organized.Through these measures,the legal education can be implemented and satisfy the needs of social development.
