聚乙二醇淀粉糖苷的合成及其保湿性

摘    要:以马铃薯淀粉和聚乙二醇为原料,采用转糖苷化法合成聚乙二醇淀粉糖苷,以糖苷产率为指标,通过正交实验探讨最佳合成工艺条件为:反应温度118℃,反应时间4.5 h,m(淀粉)∶m(对甲苯磺酸)∶m(乙二醇)∶m(聚乙二醇800)=1∶0.025∶4∶2,糖苷产率达154.58%;对产品进行FTIR、GC-MS结构表征和保湿性能分析。结果表明,该产品属糖苷类物质且具有良好的保湿性能。

Abstract:In this paper,potato starch and polyethylene glycol were used as the raw materials to synthesize polyethylene glycol glycoside by adopting the method of trans-glycosylation.With the yield of the target product as the research index,the optimum conditions of synthesizing polyethylene glycol glycoside were investigated through orthogonal experiments and ascertained as follows:reaction temperature 118 ℃,reaction time 4.5 h,m(starch)∶m(PTSA)∶m(ethylene glycol)∶m(PEG 800)=1∶0.025∶4∶2.Under such optimum conditions,the yield of the target product was 154.58%.The product was characterized by means of FTIR,GC-MS and its moisture retention was analyzed.The results show that the product belongs to a kind of glycosidic substances with excellent moisture retention.
