MCGS在PLC实验系统中的应用

摘    要:通过对MCGS组态软件技术特点的分析,提出将组态软件用于PLC的实验教学中,以饮料工程液体混合装置控制为例,给出了多种液体混合装置的仿真程序流程图和仿真界面图。与传统实物实验相比较,用这种方法开发PLC仿真控制对象周期短、费用低,运行维护方便,安全可靠,节省电力,效果逼真,界面友好。

Abstract:By analyzing the characteristics of configuration software technology,this paper proposes to apply configuration software in the PLC experimental teaching,and produces many kinds of liquids mixing arrangement simulated program flow chart and simulation contact surface chart by taking the drink project liquid mixing arrangement control as an example.Compared with the traditional material object experiment,this method can result in shorter cycle,lower expenses,easy maintenance,security and reliability,and it can also help to cut down the consumption of electricity,bring about lifelike effect and better the surface.
