改性木薯吸附剂固定床吸附的研究

摘    要:研究木薯吸附剂的改性及其固定床吸附生产燃料乙醇。采用正交实验分析酸法改性中盐酸浓度、反应时间、反应温度对改性效果的影响,优选改性条件。采用固定床吸附工艺,研究气速、床层高度对改性木薯吸附剂的吸附性能、生产能力的影响。结果表明,改性条件的优组合为盐酸浓度6%,反应时间10h,反应温度45℃。改性木薯吸附剂固定床吸附生产能力为0.233~0.308g/g,具有良好的工业应用前景。

Abstract:This research was about the modified method of cassava adsorbent and the production of fuel ethanol through fixed bed adsorption. The effect of hydrochloride acid concentration,reaction time and temperature on modified experiment was analysed by orthogonal method,the best modified condition was selected.
