摘    要:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取了万寿菊根的挥发油,并用气相色谱.质谱对其化学成分进行分析,共鉴定出10个化学成分。对挥发油对几种植物病原菌的抑菌活性作了研究,抑菌实验采用菌落直径法,研究结果表明,万寿菊根的挥发油中含有抑菌活性物质,该实验可为开发新的杀菌剂提供有价值的参考。

Abstract:Volatile oil was extracted from the roots of Tagetes patula by steam distillation. Chemical ingredients of the oil were analyzed by GC-MC and 10 compounds were identified. Research was conducted on the inhibitory effect of the volatile oil on several plant pathogenic fungi. Fungal colony diameter was measured in the inhibition experiments which indicated the presence of substances with antifungal activity in the roots of Tagetes patula. These results provide a valuable reference for development of fungicides.
