| 摘 要： | 运营商传统收入被不断侵蚀,面临沦为管道的尴尬,如何利用好优势数据资产,整合资源,更好的为我们的用户、社会、经营以及网络服务,是运营商在发展移动互联网业务时亟需解决的方向性问题。本文通过对运营商数据资产和内外部发展环境的梳理分析,为运营商大数据初期发展初期的角色定位、切入点、发展策略提供思路和建议。

| Abstract: | The telecom operators income is eroding the face, how to make good use of the advantages of data assets, how to integration of resources, better for our users, social, business and network services, it is the problem of directional operators in the development of mobile Internet business. Through analysis of about operator data assets and SWOT, wish this article could offer some ideas and suggestions for the ISP about big data in after years. |
