摘    要:为满足独立微网系统的规划设计需求,开发了独立微网随机优化规划软件。该软件采用随机机会约束规划方法,以资本金现金流量表作为经济性分析依据、以负荷容量缺失率作为概率约束条件,充分考虑系统内各种不确定因素的影响,同时实现了独立微网中设备类型和容量的优化。基于软件的整体设计思路,介绍了软件的系统模型、原理方法和功能界面。通过与国外同类软件的对比,展示了软件在方法和功能上的特点。最后,由该软件对某海岛独立微网进行了优化配置,验证了方法的正确性和软件的有效性。

Abstract:To solve the planning and designing problem of a stand-alone microgrid, a stochastic optimal planning software is programmed based on random chance constrained programming method. The economic benefit of the system is analyzed by capital cash flow statement and the loss of load capacity is given as probabilistic constraint condition in the software. The software can take all kinds of uncertain factors into consideration and achieve the optimization of both capacity and types of distributed generation units. Based on the overall design, the models, principles, methods and application interfaces of the software are introduced in detail. The comparison between the designed software and similar foreign software is made and its better characteristics in theoretical method and software function are demonstrated. Finally, the optimal allocation of distributed generation units and battery for a stand-alone island microgrid is carried out by the software and the result verifies the accuracy of the method and the validity of the software.
