有限元在钢球感应透热处理中的应用

摘    要:用有限元法对圆柱型感应透热装置中钢球热处理过程做了分析,建立了计算温度场的数学模型,进行了动态涡流场与温度场的耦合计算.经验证,本文的有限元模型能准确的模拟此类感应透热装置中被加热器件的温度场分布,对类似被加热部件的温度场分析也有借鉴意义.

Abstract:The paper applies the finite element method to the heating process of steel ball about the columned induction heating equipment, calculates the coupling problem about dynamic eddy field and temperature field. Through experiment, the finite element model can exactly simulates the distributing of temperature field of being heated induction heating equipment, it can also be used for reference of temperature field analysis of the analogous heated parts.
