摘    要:以医用磁疗仪后壳为研究对象,针对浇口在制品注塑成形过程中的重要地位,利用Moldflow软件对不同的浇口位置进行了流动模拟分析.预测可能存在的制品缺陷,以优化模具浇口位置和数目,从而达到获得高品质产品的目的.

Abstract:In view of the importance of gate in the process of injection molding for plastic parts,this paper took the back shell of magnetic treat instrument for example,to analyze the simulation of fillings from different gates with moldflow software.It can be predicted the defects of plastic parts and simulated the location and number of gates.Thus providing foundations for designing optimum mold and attain the good products quality.
