提高天然气发动机活塞冷却能力的研究

摘    要:作为天然气发动机的核心零部件之一,活塞的可靠性决定了发动机的使用寿命.针对某天然气发动机出现的活塞熔顶问题,改进活塞设计,采用冷却油腔,并测量了活塞表面温度场.结果表明,采用冷却油腔后活塞顶面温度下降最大达到近48℃,明显降低了活塞的热负荷,活塞的可靠性和寿命显著提高.

Abstract:As one of the core parts of a natural gas engine,the reliability of piston determines the service life of the engine..For the problem of melted pistons of some natural gas engine,redesign of the piston by useing oil-cooling channel is adopted.The measurement of the thermal field of the piston surface shows that the maximum temperature at the top of piston is reduced by up to 48℃ due to using oil-cooling channel.Thus the thermal load of the piston is drastically reduced and the reliability and service life of the piston are promoted observably.
