摘    要:以1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢为工件材料,在切削力、刀具寿命、加工质量及切屑形貌等方面对三种具有不同负倒棱结构刀片的切削性能进行综合评估,并基于1Cr18Ni9Ti的平面铣削加工机理,研究倒棱结构对加工过程的影响规律,旨在为刀具的开发和应用提供参考依据.结果表明,合理的倒棱结构可使刀片保持合适的强度以延长刀具寿命,...
