摘    要:以硬质合金钢YT15车刀为例,通过试验分析手段,探讨了多次超冷处理后的车刀组织转变特性和力学性能.试验结果表明:与一次长时间超冷处理相比,多次短时间超冷处理后YT15车刀力学性能有所提高,多次超冷处理效果较好.

Abstract:Taking cemented carbide YT15 insert as the study object, the different temperature cryogenic treatment structural tranformation characteristic and mechanical property is discussed by test and analysis.The mechanical propertyties significantly increased after repeated cryogenic treatment and the effect of repeate dcryogenic treatment is better than that of single long cryogenic treatment.
