| Abstract: | Two kinds of the PCBN cutting tools(DBW85DBC50) were used in the test of interrupted dry-cutting ADI.The interrupted cutting force was determined base on orthogonal experiment and the effects of cutting parameters on the interrupted cutting force were studied.The results show that when using DBW85 tools intermittent cutting ADI,the depth of cut should be lower firstly,then the cutting speed and feed rate should be higher properly for higher processing efficiency.While using DBC50 tools intermittent cuttin... |
