结构件数控编程切削参数优化

摘    要:针对结构件数控编程的切削参数选择和优化问题,首先以经验公式为基础,考虑加工中机床和刀具约束条件,建立以进给量和切速为变量的多目标优化模型并利用遗传算法优化;而后应用Labview虚拟仪器技术,开发了结构件切削加工状态远程监测系统,实现了切削参数的采集、显示、存储及远程传输.通过实例验证了方法的可行性.
