柴油机水泵穴蚀的原因及改进措施

摘    要:针对某发动机拆检时出现的水泵穴蚀问题,进行了冷却系统的整体分析及水泵部件的分析,最终确定了水泵产生穴蚀的主要原因.在维持发动机各主要零部件如配套水管路和散热器及膨胀水箱相对空间位置不变的情况下,通过降低水泵的进水流速、改善水泵蜗壳的流动结构等措施,消除了水泵的穴蚀现象.

Abstract:For the cavitation of the water pump of some diesel engine,the cooling system and water pump are analyzed and the main cause of the cavitation is found.Keeping the original locations of main parts such as water pipes,radiation and expansion tank the cavitation of water pumpis avoid by reducing water speed at the inlet of the water pump and improving water flow in the water pump housing.
