| 摘 要： | 蒸汽处理是一种提高粉末冶金零件耐腐蚀性、密封性等性能的常用方法.本文基于蒸汽处理基本原理,对粉末冶金铁基零件蒸汽处理后易出现的质量问题进行了分析,并通过实验研究,提出了利用调节工艺参数(温度、蒸汽处理时间、单位气体流量)和改变蒸汽炉料筐内零件摆放方式等措施,解决了质量问题,取得了较好的效果.
