| Abstract: | In many fields the two-dimentional placement wants to be measured,especially when the object does plane motion.In this paper the principle and implementation methods of the two-dimentional placement sensor are described.The structural characteristics of two-dimentional placement sensor at home and abroad are analyzed. |
