| 摘 要： | 无意识教育是一种潜在的心理倾向,它具有隐蔽性、平等性、渗透性等特征。在进行无意识教育时,必须坚持有意识原则、淡化教育痕迹原则、开放性原则,借鉴教育载体,营造教育氛围,讲究教育艺术,才能收到好的教育效果。

When carrying out unconscious education,we must insist conscious principle,desalt educational trace principle and openness principle,draw lessons from educational carrier,construct educational atmosphere,and stress educational art. And then we can receive good educational effect. |
