摘    要:介绍了优化预焙阳极焙烧工艺所采取的措施:精确制定与合理调整焙烧升温曲线,采用先进的温控设备.控制焙烧后阳极冷却速度.合理调整焙烧体系气氛和压力,严格要求装出炉操作水平。优化焙烧工艺后使挥发分充分燃烧,降低了重油消耗,产品质量及合格率都得到了很大提高,在铝电解使用中性能良好,延长了电解使用周期,有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:In this article, the authors introduce a series of measures to optimize the pre-baking process of anode. These measures include:accurately set and reasonably adjust the anode baking curves; use advanced temperature control system to control the cooling speed; resonably adjust the whole flue wall gas circulation and pressure, strictly control the manner of anode loading and unloading. After optimizing the process, the combustion of volatile component is sufficient, oil consumption is lower, and the qualification rate of the product is greatly improved. The baked anodes obtained show good performance and longer lifetime in eletrobath, which bring remarkable economic and social benefit.
