提高水煤气中CO/H_2比的工艺

摘    要:CO是生产羰基化学品的基本原料。对于以水煤气为原料提取CO的工艺,如果氢气未能充分利用,则提高了CO生产成本。本文提出,在蓄热法制水煤气过程中添加CO2代替部分水蒸气,可以提高CO/H2比。通过化学平衡计算表明,添加CO2后,水煤气中CO浓度的提高及CO/H2比的提高是明显的,并讨论了各种工艺条件变化的影响。

Abstract:Carbon monoxide is a fundamental chemical material for many carboxide products. In the industrial process manufacturing carbon monoxide from water gas, if hydrogen can't be fully utilized, the production cost will be increased. In this paper, a process that the ratio of carbon monoxide to hydrogen can be improved by substitution of carbon dioxide for part of steam in water gas production by regenerative method is proposed. The results of chemical balance calculation show that after the introduction of carbon dioxide into the system, both carbon monoxide concentration and the ratio of carbon monoxide to hydrogen in water gas is significantly increased. The influence of the variation of process conditions is also discussed.
