摘    要:能源与环保是当今世界普遍关注的问题,重油掺水和热能素乳化燃烧可提高锅炉的燃烧效率并能减少燃烧产物对环境的污染。当油和水的掺和比例控制在10%~13%时,燃烧效率较高。添加新型热能素能较好解决乳化油的形态(W/O型)和稳定问题。在此基础上,提出了一种经济实用、运行可靠性高的全自动工业锅炉重油乳化燃烧技术,实践证明,该技术可起到节能降耗、改善环境及增加经济效益的作用。

Abstract:Energy saving and environmental protection are universal problems nowadays, it was proved that the technology of burning of aheavy oil mixed with water and the new heating-energy additive can raise the burning efficiency of boilers and decrease the air pollution. Whenthe mixing proportion of oil with water takes 10~13 percent, the optimum burning efficiency of heavy oil can be obtained. The problem ofemulsified heavy oil style (Water/Oil) and stabilization is resolved with a new heating-energy additive. On the basis of this, an automaticcontrol system for the burning of a heavy oil mixed with water and heating-energy additive in industrial boiler with economic and reliable func-tions are introduced . It is shown that the efficiency of the burning of boilers is raised , the energy saved, the air pollution reduced and theefficiency of economy promoted.
