摘    要:采用浸渍法制备催化剂,应用固定床流动反应,进行了程序升温还原(TPR)和XRD分析等实验,考察了单载型镍系催化剂活性组份负载量和载体对催化反应活性和物化性质的影响。结果表明,过量的镍担载量对反应是不利的,在α-Al2O3载体上以9%的担载量较好;3种不同的载体上以Al2O3担载镍催化剂活性最好,在800℃反应时可获得88.9%的天然气转化率和93.4%的CO选择性。在实验温度范围内(700~900℃),反应温度越高,催化活性和选择性越好。催化剂随着载体的不同,其中活性组份的分散度不同,与载体的相互作用及还原特性均有较大差别。

Influence of catalyst supports on partial oxidation of natural gas to synthesis gas
Abstract:nickel base catalyst for partial oxidation of natural gas to synthesis gas was prepared by impregnation method. The influences of its support and active component content on its catalytic activity and physicochemical properties were investigated through experiments of temperature programmed reduction(TPR) and XRD analysis using a fixed bed microreactor. Catalytic performances of the catalyst were different for three different supports. A modified alumina supported nickel catalyst gave best activity, by using which natural gas conversion of 88.9% and selectivity of 93.4% to carbon monoxide were obtained at 800℃.An excess loading amount of nickel was infavorable for the reaction. With different supports, the dispersions of active component were different, and the interactions between active component and supports were also quite different as well as the reducibilities of the catalyst.
