摘    要:介绍了天铁方/圆坯连铸的工艺流程,主要技术参数和采用的关键技术及设备设计特点。该机组采用结晶器液压振动装置,可在线调整参数,实现仿弧振动,改善铸坯表面质量;采用动态轻压下技术,减少铸坯的中心偏析和中心疏松缺陷;采用步进式翻转冷床满足了小方坯及圆坯既平移又翻转和大方坯只平移不翻转的要求。

Abstract:This article describes process flow, main technical parameters, the adopted key technologies and equipment design features of TianTie square and round billet caster. The mould hydraulic vibration device used can adjust the parameters online, realizing the imitated arc vibration and improving the surface quality of the casting billet. The dynamic soft reduction technology applied reduces the center segregation and center porosity in the billet. And the walking beam tilting cooling bed can meet the requirements of beth moving and turning over of small and round billets as well as the moving but not turning over of blooms.
