| 摘 要： | "5·12"汶川大地震造成了巨大的人员伤亡和经济损失.绵竹市是本次地震的重灾区之一,城区大部分建筑物受损严重.基于专家组在该市进行房屋应急评估的建筑震害资料,对该市的建筑受损害情况与一些典型震害事例进行了分析.依据分析结果和本次地震特点,在城镇建设选址和规划、完善我国抗震结构设计规范、重视对公益性建筑的投入及开展主要建筑材料的抗震性能研究等方面进行了深入探讨,并提出了针对城镇建筑的恢复重建提出了一些建议.
