液压挖掘机保护结构计算机仿真与实验

Computer simulation and test of operator guards of hydraulic excavators

Operator guards of hydraulic excavators are very important to operator's security. The domestic excavators enter Occident market must be installed operator guards. Mastering product's performance and avoiding design failure, the impacting process of the top guard and loading process are simulated in this paper. The nonlinear finite element models of the operator guards are established. The contact arithmetic and loading method are discussed. The time-deformation curves of loading center are gained. The experiments are carried on the test equipment. The simulation results are accord well with the experiment ones. The simulation of the hydraulic excavators' operator guards provided the basis for the structural design.
