内压等径大开孔壳体应力集中的有限元分析

摘    要:应用ANSYS有限元程序,选取空间壳体单元SHELL63,对内压容器壳体上的等径大开孔接管结构进行应力分析,得到接管部位的应力分布规律和孔边应力集中系数方程式.讨论SCF,结果表明仅用SCF来判断最大应力值不合理.工程应用表明:采用有限元分析软件能够很好地解决设备大开孔问题,为合理设计和类似结构在一定条件下能否安全使用提供了重要参考依据.

Abstract:In this paper,the stress analyses of internal pressure vessels with the same diameter opening were carried out by using ANSYS and SHELL63.And the stress distribution rules near the nozzle locations were derived.A group of relevant formulas of stress concentration factors(SCF) about the edge of the hole were obtained.The result showed that only using SCF to judge the maximum stress value is unreasonable.The engineering application showed that the finite element analysis soft ware was good at solving the equipment large opening.It also provided some important references for designing appropriate structures and using safely under a certain condition.
