碱性锌锰电池负极集流体的定能量焊接

摘    要:分析了碱性锌锰电池负极集流体旧式焊接方法的缺点,提出了一种控制焊接能量的方法,提高了焊接质量和降低了次品率。这种方法的要点是:1、利用电容的储能控制焊接能量的大小;2、电容的储能转换为脉冲焊接电流;3、关键电路使用晶闸管来提高焊接质量和一致性;4、采用合理的焊接电流与模具、工件的配合方式。

Abstract:A new weld methodwhich controls the welding energy was introduced.The disadvantage of the old weld methodof the negative current collector for alkaline Zn/MnO 2 batter ies was analyzed.The welding quality was improvedand the rate of in-fe ri or products was reduced.The key points of the new method are:1.Control the welding energy through controlling the accumulatedenergy of the capacitance.2.The accumulat ed energy of the capacitance is changedinto pulse welding current.3.The thyris tor must be applied to the key circuit to improvethe welding quality and u-nifor mity.4.Adopt a rational cooperate for the welding current,the molds and the workpieces.
