| 摘 要： | 介绍了聚酯终聚釜的液位控制回路,共有3个计算单元,1个程序控制单元。同时对生产中的异常情况如DCS显示异常,生产终聚釜液控制较低,液位显示异常进行了判断和处理。确保了液位的稳定,满足了装置稳定生产的需要。

| Abstract: | The control loop of PET final polycondensation autoclave liquid level was introduced.It included three calculation units and one program control unit.Also the abnormal circumstances in the production such as the abnormal DCS display,the lower liquid level control of final polycondensation autoclave,the abnormal liquid level show were judged and treated.The steady liquid level was guaranteed.The requirements of the smooth production can be met. |
