压电聚合物驻极体材料的现状与动态

摘    要:综述了压电聚合物驻极体材料的现状和进展。聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)家族作为一类传统的压电、热释电和铁电聚合物,30余年来已研制出成百种功能元器件,近年来仍颇具活力。以奇数尼龙、亚乙烯基二氰共聚物及聚脲为代表的发展中有机压电材料,可望明显地扩展PVDF家族的应用范围,但它们中的大多数仍待产业化。而近年来发展起来的以聚丙烯蜂窝膜和聚四氟乙烯多孔膜为代表的新一代空间电荷型多孔压电传感膜,由于揉合了压电陶瓷和铁电聚合物PVDF家族的各自优势,从而在压电性及其功能应用方面成为极具竞争力的空间电荷型聚合物压电功能材料。

Abstract:The present situation and developments of piezoelectric polymeric electret materials in recent years were reviewed.For more than 30 years, hundreds of functional devices have been made of PVDF (Poly(vinylindene fluoride)) family, a kind of traditional piezo-, pyro- and ferro-electric polymers. And they are still very active in recent years. As a representative of developing organic piezoelectric materials, odd nylons, vinylidene cyanide copolymers and polyurea, their application fields could be expanded compared with PVDF family. However, most of them need to be continuously studied for commercialization. Moreover, a new generation of porous piezoelectric polymeric materials with space charge, such as polypropylene cellular and porouspolytetrafluoroethylene films developing recently have competitive force compared with traditional piezoelectric materials in piezoelectricity and their functional applications, because they have the advantages of both piezoceramics and (ferroelectric polymer)PVDF family.
