宝钢高炉喷吹常村贫煤的工业试验

摘    要:测定了常村煤工业试验中原煤的基础特性和主要成分,分析了喷吹常村贫煤工业试验前后的生产数据,研究了工业试验中煤粉在高炉内的利用率.结果表明:常村贫煤配入量为20%~40%,采用新的常村贫煤配比后,综合燃料比低于500 kg/t,焦比低于300kg/t,煤比达到200 kg/t的水平;高炉生产保持稳定,取得了较好的经济效益,为高炉开拓新煤种和进行经济喷煤奠定了基础.

Abstract:The basic properties and composition of Changcun lean coal were measured. The production data before and after the trial on pulverized lean coal injection were analyzed including the yield of pulverized coal. The result shows that less than 500 kg/t, 300 kg/t and 200 kg/t can be reached with addition of 20%-40% Changcun coal and BF runs stably. Therefore, the foundation of application of lean coal at Baosteel was established.
