| 摘 要： | 本文在2000年上海科技论坛青年学者论坛IT研讨会基础上，阐述了上海市网络经济发展的现状、前景与对策，着重就通信网络、远程教育、企业信息化、自动化、天地一体化、Linux技术等网络经济发展中的重大问题进行了研讨，形成了一些可供政府和决策部门参考与实施的科学方案与建议。
