摘    要:分析了PA66切片氮气干燥系统含氧量偏高的原因,说明了安装除氧装置的必要性。应用表明,在原有系统上安装以钯触媒为催化剂并适量加氢与氧反应的除氧装置,控制加氢量2%-3%,干燥系统的含氧量由原来的50μg/g降低到5μg/g以下.有效的防止了PA66切片的氧化,保证了PA66纺丝和后加工过程的稳定,提高了产品质量。

Abstract:The reasons for high oxygen content in a nitrogen drying system for PA66 chips were analyzed. The necessity of a de-oxidization system was explored. The practice showed that the oxygen content can be decreased from 50μg/g to 5μg/g or below by equipping a deoxidization system adding 2% -3% hydrogen reacting with oxygen using palladium as catalyst and nitrogen as drying medium. The system can avoid the oxidization of PA66 chip effectively, ensure the stability of PA66 spinning and after-processing and improve the product quality.
