增强聚氨酯硬泡塑料的冲击性能研究

摘    要:本文研究了SiO2和纤维增强剂对于聚氨酯硬泡塑料冲击性能的增强效应.试验结果表明,加入SiO2并不能增强聚氨酯硬泡塑料冲击性能.然而以2.5% KH550偶联剂四氢呋喃溶液处理的玻璃纤维作为增强剂,能使聚氨酯硬泡塑料的冲击性能有显著的提高.

Abstract:The effect of the reinforcement of SiO 2 particles and fiber on Polyurethane foam plastics is studied. The experimental result shows that the impact properties of PU foam plastics with no intensifier are increased with density. However, when the density is fixed, the impact strength is decreased with the adding of SiO 2 particles. It means that the rigid particles cannot increase the impact strength of the PU foam plastics. While the glass fiber treated with 2 5% concentration of coupling agent KH550 is used as intensifier, the impact strength of PU foam plastics can be improved obviously.
