磷钨酸催化合成癸二酸二乙酯的研究

磷钨酸作为癸二酸和乙醇的酯化催化剂，性能优于硫酸。经实验确定了最佳反应条件为醇、酸物质的量比为４－０∶１ ，磷钨酸用量是酸质量的４ ％ ，反应时间４ ｈ ，酯化率达９６－８５ ％ ，选择性９９－８ ％ ，产品纯度达９８ ％ 以上，并且催化剂可以重复使用多次。

Synthesis of Diethyl Sebacate Using Tungstophosphoric Acid as Catalyst

It was found that tungstophosphoric acid was superior to H 2SO 4 when used as catalyst for esterification of ethyl alcohol with sebacic acid.The optimum conditions of the reaction were determined:the molar ratio of ethyl alcohol to sebacic acid was 4 0∶1,the amount of tungstophosphoric acid was about 4% of the mass of sebacic acid charged in the reaction and the reaction time was 4h.Conversion of sebacic acid was 96 85%,the selectivity was 99 8%,and the purity of the product was over 98%.This catalyst could be used repeatedly for many times.
