关于电力施工企业改革的几点思考

电力施工企业当前面临着在加入WTO后和电力体制改革中如何生存 ,占领和扩大建设市场中应有份额的问题。为此 ,各施工企业应做到 :(1 )必须进行内部经营体制改革 ,建立适应市场经济要求的新体制 ;(2 )企业内部必须进行资源重组与优化配置及动态控制 ;(3)必须转换企业经营机制 ,建立和完善适应市场经济体制要求的新机制。

Several Points to Think about Reform of Electric Power Construction Enterprises

The electric power construction enterprises are faced with how to maintain survival, posses and expand the due proportion in the construction market after entering into WTO and during the reform of electric power system. The paper indicates that the electric power construction enterprises should: (1) implement the reform of internal management system and establish the new system suitable for the market economic requirements; (2) re-organize the resources, optimize their allocation with dynamic control; (3) change the management system, establish and perfect the new system to comply with the requirements for the market economy.
