基于PLC和触摸屏的复合底锅压力焊控制系统设计

摘    要:传统的复合底锅压力焊工序由人工操作摩擦压力机完成,现场工作条件恶劣,自动化程度低,针对这些缺点,设计了基于PLC和触摸屏的压力焊自动控制系统。介绍了系统的结构、工艺流程及软硬件设计。实践证明,系统运行稳定,人机界面友好,操作简单,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The traditional composite base boiler welding completed by manual operation friction screw press which with adverse conditions and low automation. Aiming at these shortcomings, design the welding auto - control system base on PLC and touchscreen. Structure, technological flow sheet and design scheme of software and hardware about the system were introduced. The result has proved that the system works stable, kind interface between the users and the machinery,easy to be operated,possess abroad application foreground.
