基于模糊PID控制的电动负载模拟器研究

摘    要:介绍了电动负载模拟器的系统结构和工作原理,分析了所存在的摩擦现象对负载模拟器控制系统的影响,建立了负载模拟器系统的数学模型。针对负载模拟器设计中主要存在的控制问题,采用模糊自适应整定PID控制方法设计控制器,消除摩擦等非线性因素对系统的影响,并基于结构不变性原理设计前馈补偿以抑制多余力矩。

Abstract:Structure and working principle of electric load simulator were introduced, friction on influence of electric load simulator was analyzed, and mathematical model of the load simulator was established. The adaptive fuzzy PID setting control method was proposed to design the controller for eliminating friction nonlinear factor on influence of electric load simulator,and feed - forward compensation based on structure deformation principle was proposed to restrain surplus torque.
