摘    要:高层建筑的迅速发展,大柱网的普遍使用,使得结构设计对地基强度和变形的要求越来越高,以往在湿陷性黄土地区广泛应用的灰土垫层法、灰土挤密桩法等地基处理方法难以满足设计要求。以具有完整的现场荷载试验资料和沉降观测结果数据的工程实例为依托,对预应力高强混凝土管桩(PHC管桩)在湿陷性黄土地基中的设计应用进行较详细的理论分析、研究和探讨,认为根据土工参数估算的单桩竖向承载力特征值偏于保守;并提出基于单桩载荷试验得出的试桩曲线,考虑上部结构、基础和地基协同工作时的沉降分析计算方法。

Abstract:The rapid development of high-rise buildings, the wide spread use of a large column grid, make the structural design of foundation strength and deformation of the increasingly high demand in the past collapsible loess areas of traditional lime cushion method, such as soil compaction, pile foundation treatment difficult to meet the design requirements. To have a complete load test data and field observations settlement projects as the basis of data on the pre-stressed high-strength concrete pile (PHC pipe pile) in the collapsible loess foundation design applications for a more detailed theoretical analysis, research and parameter estimation are carried out based on geotechnical characteristics of vertical bearing capacity conservative values. It is put forward based on pile load test curve derived from test pile, considering the superstructure, foundation and foundation work of the settlement with the analysis and calculation methods.
