套管纵向缺陷超声波检测方法

摘    要:介绍了在油田勘探现场采用双晶斜探头,对N80Q钢级套管进行纵向缺陷的超声波检测方法及其理沦依据.对φ139.7mm×9.17mmN80Q钢级套管的检测实例证明,双晶斜探头检测钢管纵向缺陷的效率较高,工作稳定,检测流畅,能较好地发现钢管中的缺陷.

Abstract:Described are the ultrasonic testing method and its theoretical basis with which N80 Q casing is detected for its longitudinal defects using a double crystal inclined probe at oil field exploration site. The inspection case conducted to Φ139.7 mm×9.17 mm N80 Q casing proves that using a double crystal inclined probe to detect steel pipes for their longitudinal defects can obtain higher efficiency with smooth operation and fluent inspection,and can better locate the defects in steel pipes as well.
