RACES大学英语范式教学中批判性思维的培养策略

所谓RACES大学英语范式教学，即突出强调在教学过程中五种类型学习模式的有机结合：Researching（研究型）、Autonomous（自主型）、Cooperative（合作型）、E-learning（网络学习型）、Sustainable（可持续型）。这些教学模式，不仅传授学生语言知识和文化知识，尤其注重对大学生批判性思维的培养和引导。本文以培养大学生批判性思维能力的目标出发，结合大学英语教学实例，分析可以通过强调教师在学习过程中的协调和指导作用，促进学生的独立思考能力；科学设计教学程序，结合解决现实问题，激发学生学习动机，提升批判思维能力；推进社会化合作型学习，强调学习的创造探索过程，激发和培养大学生的批判性思维。

Strategies of Fostering Critical Thinking in RACES College English Teaching Mode

The RACES mode is to emphasize on the researching, autonomous, cooperative, e- learning and sustainable learning in college English classroom. In this type of mode, what students gain in the English classroom is not only the language and culture knowledge, but more importantly, the critical thinking ability. In this article, it is explored that teacher can enhance students critical thinking ability by coordinating teaching-learning processes, scientific designing of tasks, motivating students learning and promoting cooperative learning mode.
