基于软件构件技术的冶金工业过程控制系统

摘    要:在冶金行业过程控制系统(PCS)的L2计算机过程控制应用系统的设计和开发中,考虑了软件复用的构件技术,以构造新的软件应用系统.通过对宝钢分公司炼钢区域(转炉、精炼和连铸等工序)L2计算机应用系统的功能需求分析和领域分析,归纳共通的功能需求特点,建立了炼钢领域数据模型和炼钢领域子系统模型,创建构件.构件的设计过程中考虑固定体部分,即满足炼钢领域中各工序需求具有公共性的设计.通过领域分析和领域模型的建立,考虑某构件与其他构件的关系及构件内部的实现.对于变化体的设计采用"配置"的方法.

Abstract:In designing and developing the L2 computer process control system(PCS),which is part of the PCS of the metallurgical industry,component technology for software reuse has been taken into account for the purpose of constructing a new software application system.Through the functional demand analysis and field analysis of the L2 computer application system for the steelmaking zone,including processes like BOF,refining,continuous casting,etc.at Baosteel Branch,common features of functional demand are summarized,data and sub-system models for the steelmaking zone are constructed,and components created.In the component design process,the constant part,which is used to meet the demand of common design for all procedures of steelmaking,has been taken into consideration.Through domain analysis and establishment of domain models,links between one component and others,and even components' inner composition,have been considered.Ways of "configuration" have been adopted in designing the variable part.
